Tuna Spaghetti Bolognese

Made for our breakfast today.... I have not done my weekly marketing and the pantry was almost empty. While searching for the breakfast idea I found 3/4 packet of spaghetti and a can of tuna and hence this recipe. To my surprise the canned chili tuna was flying hot with burning sensation on lips and tongue but still very delicious and the boys had a double plate although they don't normally like hot food. My hubby missed this as he was traveling in Kuantan.

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet Spaghetti - boiled al dente & drained

1 can Tuna Tomato Chili

3-4 tbsp EVOO

4 cloves Garlic

2 tbsp Chili Paste

1 Big Onion

1 can Button Mushroom

1 small can Tomato Puree

1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs

1 tsp Dried Parseley

Salt, Sugar & Pepper



METHOD:

1. Heat up olive oil & saute chopped garlic until golden.

Add in chili paste & stir for a minute.

Add in chopped big onion, mushroom, tomato puree, herbs, tuna, salt & sugar.



2. Serve spaghetti with tuna sauce.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (I did not have stock).

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION

Sarapan hari ni - pedas tapi sedap. Idea buat ni daripada bahan2 yang ada dlm stok.



BAHAN2:
1 peket Spageti - rebus al dente & tapis
1 can Tuna Tomato Chili
3-4 sb EVOO
4 ulas Bwg Putih
2 sb Cili Mesin
1 biji Bwg Besar
1 tin Cendawan Butang
1 tin kecil Tomato Puri
1 st Dried Mixed Herbs
1 st Dried Parseley
Garam, Gula & Lada Hitam Serbuk


CARA2:
1. PAnaskan minyak zaitun (EVOO) & tumis bwg putih cincang sehingga kekuningan.
+ cili mesin & kacau sebentar.
+ bwg beasr ug di cincang, cendawan, tomato puri, herba, tuna, garam & gula.


2. Hidangkan spageti dgn kuah tuna.
Tabur parmesan cheese (tak bubuh sbb takda stok).
