Chocolate Banana Muffins

Made this to return my friend's container - Cik Mal's brought us some dessert during the get together few weeks ago but only now I have the opportunity to make something.



Tried this recipe as it looks simple with low amount of butter & eggs but produce quite a big batch.

Makes 10 big ring shapes and 24 small cups

INGREDIENTS:


½  cup (115g) Butter
½ cup (100g) Brown Sugar
½ cup (115g) Caster Sugar

2 Eggs

1
½ cup Mashed Banana (about 6 Bananas) 

3 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 cup (220gm) Plain Flour*

3 tsp Bicarbonate Soda*


2 tbsp Cocoa Powder* - optional (* sieved together) 

1 cup Chopped Walnut (I skipped) 

1 cup Choc Chips



METHOD:

1. Beat butter & sugar until fluffy.

Add in egg, one by one, while beating slowly.

Mix in mashed banana & VE.

Mix in choc chips and walnut.

Mix in flour, 1/3rd at a time until just blended.



2. Spoon into cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 180C for 15-25minutes, depending on the size.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION


Muffin yg simple, tak banyak bahan tapi dapat banyak muffin....



Hasil: 10 biji besar bentuk gelang & 24 biji cwn kecil 
BAHAN2:
½ cwn (115gm) Butter½ cwn (100gm) Gula Perang½ cwn (115gm) Gula Kastor

2 biji Telur

1
½ cwn Pisang Lecek

3 camt Esen Vanila

2
cwn (220gm) Tepung Gandum

3 camt Soda Bikarbonat

1
cwn Kacang walnut - dicincang

1
cwn Choc Chips

2 camb Serbuk Koko - optional


CARA2:
1. Pukul butter & gula sehingga kembang & putih.
Masukkan telur satu-persatu sambil di pukul perlahan.
Masukkan pisang & EV sehingga rata.
Campurkan choc chips & walnut.
Campurkan tepung 1/3 bahagian setiap campuran & kacau rata sehingga habis.


2. Sudukan ke dlm cwn muffin 3/4 penuh.

Bakar 180C selama 15-25minit, bergantung kpd saiz.
